Unity Concerts on November 16

Srikakulam: As part of its Platinum Jubilee Festival, the Chennaih-based Bharat Cultural Integration Committee, in association with the Madras Telugu Academy will conduct its Spirit of Unity Concerts for Universal Integration on November 16, 17 and 18 at the Police Stadium grounds in Visakhapatnam.

Other organizations like the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Visakha Refinery and the Andhra Pradesh Police will participate in the festival.

Announcing the details at a press conference here on Wednesday, T.V.K.Sastry, the chief convener and president of Madras Telugu Academy said that programmes aimed at national integration were being successfully conducted for the last 27 years.

Mr.Sastry sought the cooperation of all for the continued success of the Academy’s efforts in promoting culture and unity of the country.
