VIZIANAGARAM: Minister for Rural Water Supply P. Venkateswara Rao is arriving here by Falaknuma Express on Friday and leave for Bobbili to participate in the locally arranged programmes there. He will leave for Vijayawada by the same train in the night, according to an official release. -Corresondent
