Congress workers in Bombay on October 31 paid homage to the memory of the late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at a public meeting held at the Congress House in Bombay on the occasion of his eighty-third birthday. Mr. K.K. Shah, President of the BPCC, who presided, narrated the achievements of the Sardar in the country’s political life both before and after independence.
