Walton Street to invest in Shriram Properties

CHENNAI: Shriram Properties, the real estate arm of the Rs. 25,000-crore Shriram Group, has said in a release that Walton Street Capital LLC, a U.S.-based real estate private equity fund, has made a strategic investment in the company. — Corporate Reporter
