Aadaddella Olithe..? today

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Enthused by 40 houseful shows of their popular comedy “Heegadre Hege?”, Bangalore-based Kriyative Theatre is now coming out with yet another comedy, “Aadaddella Olithe..?” based on the writings of well-known Kannada humorist T. Sunandamma.

Addressing presspersons here, theatre artiste Laxmi Chandrashekar said comedy was gaining popularity as it helped in de-stressing, but care should be taken to keep away from vulgarity.

“We are trying to present humour and the message ingrained in Sunandamma’s works. The new play aspires to be even more entertaining and artistic than its predecessor,” she said.

The cast also includes artistes Ramakrishna Kannarpadi, Vidya Venkataram and Shilpa Rudrappa. “Aadaddella Olithe..?” will be premiered at the Ranga Shankara on November 2, 3 and 4 at 7.30 p.m. There is also a matinee show at 3.30 p.m. on November 4.
