Man held on theft charge

HYDERABAD: A 33-year-old man Habeeb Mohammed was arrested by the city police on Thursday on charges of committing robberies.

Habeeb, a resident of Pahadisherif, was involved in 25 offences, including two murder cases, an attempt to murder case and a dacoity at Vikas jewellery.

Ten non-bailable offences were also pending against him, the police said.
