COIMBATORE: Tata Teleservices Limited has launched the ‘20 Million Celebration’ for all its new customers. According to a press release, the month-long scheme, from October 24 to November 24, will be open to both the pre-paid and post-paid segment customers. They will get Rs.25-worth of free talk time and an opportunity to win a wide range of gifts through the ‘Scratch ‘n’ Win’ mega offer. The gifts include Tata Safaris, Tata Indicas, motorcycles, flat television sets and many others. According to Vinayak Deshpande, Executive President of Tata Teleservices, “We intend to add consumer excitement by offering assured gifts on purchase of every new Tata Indicom connection”. Under the offer, all new customers can avail of free gifts across the counter; or collect them from locations mentioned on the card. For pre-paid connection, the free talk time will be added to the customer’s account, subject to validity. It will be over and above the initial talk time, if any, offered with the new connection. For post-paid connection, the amount will be credited in the customer’s bill.
