GULBARGA: Members of the district unit of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), on Friday, took out a procession in the city and staged a protest against what they called “opportunistic and power-hungry politics” of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Janata Dal (Secular). The procession, led by member of the State secretariat of the party Maruti Manpade and other leaders, culminated at the Deputy Commissioner’s office where a demonstration was held. — Special Correspondent
