The Hindu-Young World quiz on November 17

HYDERABAD: The Hindu-Young World quiz (Hyderabad Round) will be conducted at Hari Hara Kala Bhavan in the MCH Complex on SP Road, Secunderabad, on Saturday, November 17.

Participating teams are required to report at the venue latest by 1.15 p.m. for the event that commences at 2 p.m. The multi-city quizis held every year at 13 centres. At each centre, a written preliminary round will be held to select six teams for the regional finals, from which the winning team will go to the final. This year’s all-India final will be held at Chennai on Monday, December 3. Any two students from classes VI to IX can form a team. Each school can send a maximum of three teams, using the three entry cards sent to the respective schools. The last date for sending in the entries is November 10. The completed cards are to be returned in the self-addressed envelope sent along with the invitation.
