CHANDIGARH: Haryana Finance Minister Birender Singh said on Friday that the 127th birth anniversary of his maternal grandfather and messiah of farmers Deen Bandhu Sir Chhotu Ram would be celebrated in a befitting manner on November 24 in Sonepat. Speaking at a function organised by Chhotu Ram Vikas Manch in Jhajjar, Mr. Birender Singh urged the people to take part in the function in large numbers. He said that the Vikas Manch was working for the welfare of poor labourers and farmers.
