An eleven-year-old, M. Nandini, died after falling into a septic tank in a marriage hall at Bowenpally on Thursday.
The police said Nandini, a native of Medak district, was playing in the hall when she accidentally slipped into the tank and died. She came to Hi-tech gardens function hall along with her parents to attend a marriage.
Girl ends life
A 17-year-old girl, V. Divya allegedly committed suicide by setting herself ablaze at her house at Ambedkarnagar in Jeedimetla on Thursday following a quarrel with neighbours over a trivial issue.
Call centre employee dies in road accident
A call centre employee was killed after the car in which he was travelling was hit by a lorry on Raj Bhavan Road in Somajiguda on Thursday. G.C.R. Anil, (28), a resident of Red Hills, was returning home when the lorry hit the car resulting in grievous injuries to him.
He died instantly, according to the police.
