Panel of advocates and engineers to advise people building houses

DAVANGERE: The State Bank of India will conduct a housing and vehicle loan campaign at the high school grounds here on Sunday. Loans for cars will be sanctioned on the spot to eligible people and sanction letters will be issued immediately to those seeking finance for housing, provided they produce basic documents such as bank statement and salary certificate.

Senior officers of the bank Ramakrishna and Narasimha Murthy said that the loan campaign, being organised on the occasion of Deepavali, was aimed at providing car and housing finance to doctors, engineers, professionals, businessmen and salaried employees. A panel of advocates and engineers nominated by the bank will assist and advise those interested in the purchase of houses.

Documents

People who furnish the required documents will be given loan sanction letters in principle.

Their loan applications will be processed after examining the documents.
