Bail plea rejected

New Delhi: A court here on Saturday rejected the bail application of a Delhi Police S-I accused of wrongfully confining and abetting a man to commit suicide. Rejecting the bail plea of Rajeshwar Prasad Sharma, Additional Sessions Judge Pratibha Rani said, “the complainant turning hostile does not entitle the accused to seek bail, specifically when other witnesses are yet to be examined.”
