Killed in roof collapse

GOWRIBIDNUR: A woman died when the roof of her house collapsed at Maripadugu village in Gowribidnur taluk on Friday. The police gave the name of the victim as Channamma (65). Channamma was sleeping when the incident occurred. However, her son and daughter-in-law escaped unhurt. – Staff Correspondent
