BANGALORE: The Additional Secretary to the former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, Adoni Syed Salim, has been appointed Additional Secretary to Governor Rameswhar Thakur.

H. Shinde Bhimasenrao, who was Under Secretary to the former Chief Minister, is posted in Governor’s Secretariat.

M.P. Baligar, private secretary to the former Education Minister Basavaraj S. Horatti, has been appointed as Director, Kannada and Culture Department.
