Thiruvananthapuram: The P.A. Aziz College of Engineering and Technology has reported vacancies in the Government quota in several branches of B. Tech in the college. College Principal R. Ravindran Nair said here on Saturday that there were 22 vacancies for civil engineering due to the delay in granting affiliation by the University of Kerala and one or two seats each for mechanical, electrical and electronics, applied electronics and instrumentation and computer science and engineering due to higher option allotment. The admissions to these seats would be made strictly on the basis of merit. He asked the students who wanted to be considered for admission to these seats to report at the college with the original documents on November 5, 6 or 7.
