VIZIANAGARAM: The district-level Children’s Science Congress was inaugurated by Principal of Maharajah Post-Graduate College K. Hanumantha Rao at Dr. Besant English Medium High School here on Saturday.
H. Harikumari , Deputy District Educational Officer, the school education advisor K. Viswabhushan and others participated.
Children formed in groups from various schools in the district put up exhibits with the focal theme “ Bio-diversity – Nurture nature for our future.”
Speaking on the occasion after hoisting the National Flag and cut the ribbon to mark the inauguration of Science Congress, Prof. Hanumantha Rao congratulated teachers for creating awareness among children on the theme.
