Polio case identified

The Health authorities suspected yet another polio case in the city and sent the samples to Pune for confirmation.

According to reports, Narendra, 6, son of Peddapudi Ramana and Nagamani, brought their child to Vadlapudi PHC from Pedagantyada with complaints of fever and numbness in both legs. As the doctor could not diagnose the problem, he immediately alerted District Medical and Health Officer Bala Sundar Rao.
