PUDUCHERRY: The Adi Dravidar Urimaikazhagam of Puducherry has urged the government to utilise the funds earmarked for the Special Component Plan (SCP) as per the guidelines of the Central government. In a release on Friday, the outfit said that the mainstream political parties in the Union Territory had not criticised the government for using the SCP funds for other purposes.
