BHOPAL: This past weekend, the Madhya Pradesh Government issued orders to reshuffle the departments of five senior IAS officers and transferred half a dozen IPS officers at the district level. Additional Chief Secretary Ranjana Chaudhary, who was till now in-charge of the Forest, Sports and Youth Welfare, Biodiversity and Bio-technology departments, has now been posted as the State Agriculture Production Commissioner. She would also continue to head the Biodiversity and Bio-technology departments. The State Agriculture Production Commissioner Satyaprakash has now been posted as Principal Secretary Commerce and Industry. He replaces Avani Vaish who will go on deputation to the Centre.
