Job mela

Nagercoil: The Collector, S.J. Chiru, inaugurated a centralised job mela organised at the Government Polytechnic College at Konam in the district recently. Over 40 engineering companies selected 1,144 diploma trainees, 892 vocational trainees and 892 persons from engineering colleges.

This was the first time that a centralised job mela was held at the government polytechnic, said the Collector.
