NEW DELHI: Motilal Nehru School of Sports (Rai) defeated GV Raja Sports School (Thiruvananthapuram) 2-1 in a Group V match of the 36th ONGC Nehru Junior boys hockey tournament at the Shivaji Stadium here on Sunday. Ajay Kumar and Sudhir Jaglan scored for the Rai team while E.J. Arun reduced the margin for the Kerala outfit. In Group IV, Indira Priyadarshani School (Bhopal) beat Behala School (Kolkata) 11-0. The scorers were A. Yousuf (six with hat-trick), Wasim (2), Manohar Yadav, Mohnish Yadav and Shakir. In Group I, NCC Directorate (Orissa) beat Sarveshwar Das Nagar Palika School (Rajnandgaon) 9-1. William Bara (4), Cornelius Ekka (2), C. Horo (2) and Amardeep Ekka scored for NCC while Manish Kumar found the target for the loser.
