Manager injured in hit-and-run case

NEW DELHI: In a hit-and-run case, an assistant manager with a multi-national bank sustained injures when a Santro car hit his motorcycle at Vasant Vihar here on Sunday. The Santro driver sped away with the vehicle.

According to the police, the accident took place around 9 a.m. when the Santro hit the motorcycle driven by Alok Misra.

The injured was taken to Holy Angel Hospital from where he was discharged later.

Some passers-by noted down Santro’s registration number and handed it over to the police.

The Vasant Vihar police are trying to trace the erring driver.
