Murdered

Hosur: A 30-year-old man was shot dead and another was murdered in a duel at Nandipuram near Anchetti on Monday. Police said Perumal (50) and Chamundi (30) of Nandipuram were involved in a wordy duel when the former in a fit of rage reportedly fired at Chamundi with a country-made gun. On hearing about this incident, the relatives of the deceased allegedly hacked Perumal to death. A case has been registered.
