Police SMS number

The City Police has announced that the public could hereafter send messages through SMS in the new number 9788810000 to the law enforcers whenever they were away from their homes. A press release from the Commissioner of Police Shankar Jiwal on Monday said the message should start with “locked house” followed by “name and address” and the dates on which the house owner would be away.
