Holy ash from Varanasi by post

NEW DELHI: Devotees of Lord Kashi Vishwanath across India will now be able to get the holy ash (“vibhuti”) and other articles from the famous temple at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh delivered right at their doorstep.

This has been made possible by the Department of Posts (DoP) that has joined hands with the Kashi Vishwanath Mandir Trust to deliver the “vibhuti” and other articles by post anywhere in India. round-the-year. As a pilot project, the DoP has been successfully delivering the holy parcel to devotees in Uttar Pradesh for the past few months.
