“Peace process may slow down”

Jammu: Expressing concern at the state of Emergency declared in Pakistan, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad on Monday said the peace process between the two countries might slow down but it would not be derailed.

“Emergency and dictatorship are not new in Pakistan but such developments have a direct impact on Jammu and Kashmir.” The internal situation in Pakistan caused a setback to the peace and dialogue process, he said.
