Two youths drowned

Baripada (Orissa): Two youths drowned in a tank while carrying

out swimming practice on the outskirts of the town today, police said.

The victims were learning swimming in order to face a police selection test

when the incident took place, the police said. The bodies of the youths,

identified as Vikas Behera (21) and Putul Mahanto (20), were fished out

with the help of fire brigade personnel, the police added.
