Alert Insurance starts Chennai operations

CHENNAI: Alert Insurance Brokers, promoted by Nahar group, has started its Chennai operations. The company, with its base in Hyderabad, will be offering life and general insurance products. It has received a direct broking licence from IRDA and will focus on commercial vehicles, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
