Margadarsi files contempt case against Government

HYDERABAD: Justice G. Yethirajulu of the High Court on Tuesday granted four weeks to the State Government in a contempt case filed by Margadarsi Financiers.

The contempt case was filed complaining that the records were not returned as directed by the court. It may be recalled that the judge on an earlier occasion set aside the orders pertaining to seizure of records of Margadarsi financiers. The court had directed the return of the documents. The finance company filed the present contempt case complaining of non compliance of the judgment in letter and spirit.
