OIL to file draft IPO document

NEW DELHI: Oil India Ltd. (OIL) will file a draft red hearing prospectus this month to offload 10 per equity through an initial public offering (IPO) in February 2008, OIL Chairman and Managing Director M. R. Pasrija told reporters on the sidelines of a conference here.
