Mumbai: The jerseys of the six Indian Cricket League teams — Mumbai Champs, Chandigarh Lions, Chennai Super Stars, Delhi Jets, Hyderabad Heroes and Kolkata Tigers — were unveiled here on Monday night. Several former India cricketers associated with the ICL and a handful who have opted to play in the inaugural ICL were present at the media event. Kapil Dev, Chairman, ICL Executive Board, reiterated the point that the ICL is not competing with anyone and that he himself had been part of the Board of Control for Cricket in India. “We are nearing the start of the ICL competition and it’s like a dream come true for us. A change is fantastic,” he said. — Special Correspondent
