Toy fair for tiny tots

KOCHI: A toy fair is on at Paico on M.G. Road here, where an array of toys, games, puzzles are displayed.

More than 50 varieties of ‘transformers’ that can be converted into robots, fighter planes, helicopters and cars are lined up.

Remote controlled helicopter and plane is sure-fire attraction for tiny tots. Another big draw is an army jeep model that has an accelerator and brake which a child can actually drive.

This can be controlled using a remote control. More than 100 varieties of battery operated toys, yoyos, walkie-talkies, dolls, building blocks, whole range of cars, planes, buses, puzzles, figures, games, musical instructions are on the show which will conclude on November 10. Trains that emit smoke, bicycles, cars, laptops, play tents, baby products and video games are on display.

Discount

The exhibition is a part of the Children’s Day celebrations.

A discount of 10 to 50 per cent is offered on all toys, says a spokesperson.
