Hotel owners’ plea

KOCHI: K. Kuriakose, president of Kerala Hotel and Restaurant Association, said here on Wednesday that the move to regulate the quality, weight and price of food being supplied through the hotels in the State as stated by the Minister for Food and Civil Supplies was unscientific and unpractical. — Staff Reporter
