Children’s rights

Thiruvananthapuram: The Higher Secondary Directorate has issued a circular incorporating the directions of the National Commission for the Protection of Children’s Rights on the question of avoiding corporeal punishment in schools. The Higher Secondary Director had asked the principals of higher secondary schools to download the circular from the Directorate’s official portal and exhibit it in schools.
