Apology sought

BANGALORE: R.G. Somashekar Gowda, former Secretary of Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress Committee, demanded an apology from Bharatiya Janata Party leaders who had allegedly criticised the Congress as a party of “goonda-culture.” Speaking to presspersons, Mr. Gowda said if the BJP leaders failed to apologise, the Youth Congress would stage dharnas throughout the State protesting against the attitude of BJP leaders. — Staff Reporter
