MANGALORE: Now it is official. Mangalore Railway Station will be known as Mangalore Central Station and Kankanadi station as Mangalore junction. The Palghat division of Southern Railway on Wednesday took the decision to rename the two stations following the approval by the Railway Board. The decision will be communicated to the two station masters soon. Palghat Division sources said the order changing the two names would entail changing the name boards of the two stations. — Special Correspondent
