Letters to the Editor
This refers to the article “The sting in its social and ethical context” (Nov. 7) on the Tehelka exposé of the 2002 Gujarat riots. The operation reveals a very disturbing trend that resulted in rape, death and destruction in the post-Godhra riots. Can we really attribute motives to the journalist because he chose this particular time to make his findings public? The argument implies that had the findings been made public before the Gujarat elections were announced, they would have been more credible. Sqn Ldr B.G. Prakash, Bangalore A.
