Visually challenged celebrate Diwali

BERHAMPUR: Social activists of the city reached the residential blind school for girls in the city to celebrate Diwali with the students of the school. The school authorities had decided to celebrate Diwali with people of the city to make people feel that Diwali can be celebrated with love and fun without the terrifying sounds of crackers and pollution of fire works.
