Three booked in robbery cases

NEW DELHI: Three young men have been arrested at Sangam Vihar here for alleged involvement in several cases of robbery and burglary.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team arrested Kafil, Salim and Amit at F-2 Block on Wednesday evening. One country-made pistol, a live cartridge and two knives have been seized, the police said.

The three were involved in the Sangam Vihar robbery case of October 23 in which one of their accomplices, Khurshid, was lynched by the people, the police said. Salim, who is out on bail, is involved in a murder attempt case registered at the Kalkaji police station.
