Petitions panel to visit Tiruvallur

TIRUVALLUR: Petitions relating to matters of public importance in Tiruvallur district can be forwarded to the Chairman, Petitions Committee, Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Chennai, on or before November 26.

According to a press release, grievances pending disposal for years could be brought to the notice of the committee, which would visit the district soon. Petitions, which are within the ambit of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly rules, would be considered and the reason for delay assessed through interaction with district-level officials.
