Bofors shell destroyed

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday destroyed an unexploded Bofors shell near the Army’s Khudroo ammunition depot in Anantnag district, a police spokesman said here.

A fire destroyed a portion of the depot, and several hundred shells were scattered across a nine-km radius. — PTI
