Stamp design contest

COIMBATORE: The Department of Posts will conduct a stamp design contest here on November 14 for students of classes IV to XII.

A department release says the theme for the contest is “India of My Dreams”.

The design should be in ink, water colour, oil colour or any other medium. It should be at A4 size (21 x 30 cm approximately). The art paper board will be supplied by the department. Entry forms for the contest are available at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Coimbatore Division (0422-2305100, 2305200, 2305300).

The forms should be filled and attached with recommendation from the school principal/headmaster and submitted at the venue on November 14.

The competition will be held at SRP Ammani Ammal Higher Secondary School for Girls, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore – 641002 at 10 a.m.
