Identification programme will be held at Parvatipuram on November 20, 22 and 24
VIZIANAGARAM: The Disabled Welfare Department, Indira Kranthi Patham and Baghavan Mahavir Vikalang Sahayata Samiti, Hyderabad, will identify physically challenged persons at the camps to be organised at MPDO Offices, Mandal Samakhyas and ITDA Office, Parvathipuram, on November 20, 22 and 24.
Those identified would be given artificial limbs and callipers at the TTD kalyanamandapam here from December 3 to 5, according to P. Venkateswara Rao, AD (Disabled Welfare) in a press release.
Beneficiaries identified in Salur, Ramabhadrapuram, Parvathipuram, Komarada, Garugubilli, Kurupam, G.L. Puram, Jiyyammavalasa, Makkuva and Pachipenta mandals must be present at the venue on December 3.
Those from Kothavalasa, Vepada, Merakamudidam, L. Kota, Garividi, Cheepurupalli, Badangi, Therlam, Gajapathinagaram, Mentada, Dattirajeru, Bobbili, Sitanagaram and Balijipeta must be present at the venue on December 4 and those from Vizianagaram, Gantyada, Bondapalli, Nellimarla, Gurla, S. Kota, Jami, Denkada, Bhogapuram and Poosapatirega mandals on December 5, he said.
