CHENNAI: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is providing personalised ringback tone to fixed line users of Chromepet, Chengalpattu, Sriperumbudur, Tiruvallur and Gummidipoondi.
The facility will soon be available for all customers served by BSNL Chennai Telephones. To know about the availability of the service in a particular exchange area, subscribers need to contact the toll free number 1500. Customers can avail of the service by dialling 56700 and selecting the song of their choice following the commands of the Interactive Voice Response System. As a promotional offer, the monthly fixed charges, including downloads, is Rs. 15 for a period of 90 days from November 1.
