Bomb threat to hospital

SALEM: The Mohan Kumaramangalam Government Medical College Hospital officials on Monday received an anonymous letter threatening that a bomb would be planted on the hospital premises.

The letter allegedly claimed that the bomb would go off between November 15 and 20.

The hospital authorities informed the police. The Bomb Detection and Disposal squad personnel conducted an extensive search on the hospital premises. Further investigation was going on, police said.
