PUDUCHERRY: The French India Puducherry State Viduthalai Kaala Makkal Nala Narpani Iyakkam will organise a protest rally on November 14 seeking pension for those who were not given French Nationality in 1954. Iyakkam president D.Selvaraj told presspersons that the rally was being held demanding that November 1 be announced as Puducherry’s Independence Day.
