Raytheon in pact with 4 Indian cos.

NEW DELHI: The U.S. defence major Raytheon has tied up with four major Indian companies in order to prepare itself for the Ministry of Defence’s ‘off-set clause’ that mandates sourcing of a certain value of military imports from India.
