MNYL launches SMART pension plan

BHUBANESWAR: Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited (MNYL), a leading private insurance company, on Tuesday launched SMART Investment Pension, a unit linked pension product here.

SMART would enable the customer to enter the plan at a lower premium and subsequently keep increasing the premium by 5 per cent every year over the policy term, MNYL said.

It said by this plan the customer would be able to start retirement planning early and reach retirement goals in a smoother way.

Speaking at the press conference, Sibaranjan Patnaik, zonal vice president of MNYL, said, “with this launch, we now have a customised unit linked product to meet the post retirement needs of our existing and potential customers.
