HYDERABAD: EME Centre scored a crucial 2-0 win over SAI (Kurnool) in the super league of the SAAP Premier League football tournament here on Tuesday. Winger Abud Bin Sayeed put EME ahead in the 30th minute through a fine solo effort. In the second session, SAI fought back, but was unfortunate in not scoring. First, Uday’s shot from close range hit the crossbar and bounced back in the 55th minute. Within 10 minutes, Rajesh was unlucky to see his free-kick again hit the crosspiece. However, undeterred, EME attacked and scored the second goal in the 87th minute when Dharani Dharam was on target after a solo effort.
